Overview

We’re ecstatic to be given the opportunity to partner with Innovation Business Media to launch their very first virtual event in the south of sunny Brazil — titled Innovation Day — Região Sula 2020. The idea was to provide an online matchmaking platform that connects professionals in the cosmetics, perfumery and personal care related industries together with suppliers to collaborate and explore new business opportunities.

Solution: Match Virtual

Innovation Day needed a powerful and easy to use business matching solution to help their attendees find the most relevant connections to build long-lasting partnerships. The event was powered with our fully end-to-end virtual matchmaking solution Match Virtual, which saw through the entire meetings campaign starting from design consultation, meeting reminders, real-time interaction business intelligence to net promoter score calculation post event. Below are some of top stats over the four-week virtual event campaign:

1. Meeting Potential

We received over 500 top-level meeting requests which demonstrated an obvious demand for business meetings. This quelled initial fears of inactivity being a novel concept in Brazil.

2. Platform Activity

In a span of just four weeks, our close collaboration with the Innovation Business Media team facilitated over 2,000 platform visits and more than 1,200 profile views. Attendees were highly engaged throughout.

3. Agenda Interactions

We also discovered a deep interest in the content produced by the show organizers. Sessions were viewed over 4,000 times across the campaign. One particular (sponsored) session was viewed over 1,000 times.

4. Net Promoter Score (NPS)

At the end of the project, our teams were blown away by the tremendously positive NPS rating of over 70%. Majority of the participants will be recommending Innovation Day to their peers and colleagues.

5. Customer Satisfaction (CSat)

Similarly, our technology and user experience received a CSat score of 4.5 upon 5. We are elated with the positive validation from the users who will most certainly be increasing their participation in more events to come.
